A Venue Management, Inc. was founded in in 2008 to promote special events venues and to ensure the satisfaction of customers who engage venues for their most important social occasions, from corporate events to private celebrations and weddings.
In 2010, A Venue Management launched a new offering in the marketplace for clients who are planning weddings, and for the venues and industry professionals who serve them.
Brides On Tour is a new model of bridal show which takes guests on a guided tour of several unique wedding venues. Venues are selected to represent a range of capacities, style and cost. Each venue on the tour is fully decorated by participating exhibitors to present design and décor possibilities. A limited number of exhibitors representing various categories—such as catering, music, photography, attire and beauty—also showcase their services in a reception-style setting. Wedding planners guide guests through the day, make introductions to exhibitors, and serve as a resource for ideas and tips.

With a combined twenty-five years of experience in venue management, event planning, and marketing, our founders know that choosing a venue is one of the most challenging aspects of planning an event, for several reasons:
• Scheduling visits to multiple venues is time consuming.
• It is difficult to visualize how well a venue will work for an event when it is empty and undecorated.
• Venues can be booked months to over a year in an advance, particularly at peak times of year.
The right venue can be one of the most costly elements in an event budget, so it’s important to choose well. We’ve found that Brides On Tour provides the interactive, guided experience that helps couples make major decisions about their wedding celebration, and have fun in the process.
